IF YOU KNOW HOW TO GET TO LAX- then you know how to get to Healthsouth!!
The large red Circle is HealthSouth, Easiest freeway route is 405 (San Diego freeway) to 105 (Century) freeway W/B, and get off at first exit (NASH). Nash is 1 way street going S/B., Go 4 blocks to 555 Nash Street (just past Mariposa Avenue) and its on the right hand side.
NOTE: NASH IS a ONE- WAY (S/B) street - one block East of Nash is Douglas Street which is N/B One way street. Go to Mariposa W/B from Douglas if you want to get to HealthSouth from EL Segundo Blvd.
FROM SAN DIEGO - 405 FRWY to 105 Freeway W and then Nash Street
Burbank - 134 to 405S to 105W to Nash
San Gabriel Valley - 605 S to 105 W to Nash
For those that don't do 'freeways' to go to HealthSouth, Sepulveda Blvd to Mariposa Avenue East to Nash Street Southbound.
El Segundo Hockey rink is the smaller circle to the left on the map. 105 Freeway W/B to S/B Sepulveda to W/B Grand. Go about a mile, to Sheldon Street and turn right and it dumps right at the roller hockey rink and the parking lot.
Stick and Stein Saloon is @ 700 N Sepulveda on the West side of the street (Corner of Palm/Sepulveda) just NORTH of the "STAR" on the above map.
